The Angel Inn
A historic inn in the heart of the South DownsThe Angel Inn has medieval origins, reflected in its original beams, fireplaces and quirky passageways, a popular retreat from the hustle and bustle of London.
The brief was to create a stunning website to showcase the sumptuous rooms and dining experience, as well as driving bookings for dining and accommodation.
Identity
A luxurious magazine inspired website with soft-focus photography and graceful animated transitions. We incorporated a subtle topographic background pattern as a nod to its location in the South Downs.
Colour
We contrast deep navy and maroon with soft cream and beige to provide a welcoming feel and to create a sense of structure.

A history in hospitality
Due to the Inns medieval origins, each room is different in layout and decor, so we designed the site to make each one feel special and unique.
Having worked with many hospitality brands, we built this site with flexible and easy to update menus and banners for promoting seasonal offers or packages.
